I take you from out of shape to summit ready with individualized programming tailored to your mountain, your fitness level, and your timeline.

If you're preparing for a major climb ranging anywhere rom Mt. Whitney to Everest Base Camp, or any high-altitude objective- your success will come down to how well you've prepared your body, your stamina, and your mental resilience.

This is not a cookie-cutter program.

I build individualized climbing plans tailored to:

  • Your current fitness level (even if you're starting out of shape)
  • Your specific mountain + route
  • Your expedition timeline
  • Your lifestyle, schedule, and access to training terrain
  • Your experience level (from true beginners to experienced mountaineers)

My athletes have successfully reached high-altitude objectives around the world including Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro, Mt. Whitney, Mt Rainier, Mt Shasta, and many multi-day alpine objectives.

My job is to take you from where you are today to the summit with a plan that is strategic, progressive, and safe.

Who This Is For

  • People preparing for their first big mountain
  • Beginner to intermediate climbers who need structure
  • Anyone with limited conditioning who still has a summit goal
  • Climbers who want guidance from someone who understands both fitness and mountain performance
  • Advanced climbers who want to boost performance for future treks

Timeline: When Should You Start?

BEST: 16-24 weeks out (4-6 months)

This gives you enough time for:

  • Aerobic base development
  • Strength + pack loading cycles
  • Altitude-specific conditioning
  • Tapering before the climb

Minimum: 12 weeks (3 months)

Still highly effective if you're moderately active already.

Last-minute: 8 weeks

Possible but only recommended for someone who is already reasonably fit.

If someone who is reconditioned and aiming for a big climb (Rainier/Kili/EBC), 24 weeks is the sweet spot.
